- asiaexpat62: Late again, but Yellow house registry book (Tabien Baan) can be obtained with the permission of the holder of the Blue Book for where you live. In your case Chuck, Paige's dad can help get a Yellow Book. It helps for many things.
- ed letts: Thanks a lot for the information. I already got my motorcycle driver's license, and that was a big pain in the neck as far as the tests and paperwork went. Plus, I only had been on the thing for a few minutes in my front yard, driving in circles. My wife grabbed me and took me down to the driver's license place. I failed the first time, which was no surprise. Renewing it was even more involved as far as paperwork went. I still usually only use it to go from our house and the 700 meters to the market. It is a big relief to know that getting a license for driving a car will be easier.
