Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan participate in a ceremony marking the completion of the TurkStream gas pipeline’s offshore section in Istanbul on Monday, November 19.

The two leaders will also hold a meeting to discuss further development of the Russia-Turkey relations and the current regional and international issues.
